The Simple Dent Company

How this company has a 4.8 rating is beyond me!!!!!! Easily the worst experience we’ve had in terms of communication and follow through. From the start, promises were made and broken repeatedly. My husband initially called and received a quote to repair his car. He was also told WITHOUT US ASKING that a rental car would be provided at NO additional charge as the repairs would take about a week. He brought the car to the shop on four separate occasions and was given different information every single time. On more than one visit, he was told a rental wasn’t available despite confirming availability over the phone before going in. Each time, they said we’d be notified once one became availab…

Easily one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had, not even close. The people who work here and their affiliate, Skylane Auto, are straight up liars and will constantly give you the runaround. I contacted The Simple Dent to get a quote on some dents and car damage. They provided one and said it would take about a week to fix up. I said that's great only issue is I wouldn't have a car to get to work for that amount of time, the employees German and Roger told me they would throw in a rental at no cost to get the work done with them. I agreed. I then stopped by over FIVE times and each time was told they didn't have a rental available and would have to come back …

The best and truly the simplest experience getting my car fixed with this company. Fantastic staff. They efficiently communicated, worked with my insurance, and had my Honda CRV looking brand new in under a week. I could not recommend them enough.

I can’t even tell my car had hail damage! The work they did is flawless, and they got it done so fast. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I ended up having them wrap it my favorite color. It’s cool to have a one stop shop down the street from me.

BEST in the biz. I’ve never been treated so well in my life. From picking up my car to having a free rental for a week, to dropping off my vehicle AND dealing with my insurance 100%… Best of all, I paid nothing out of pocket.
